I needed a tripod that I could throw in a tote. This is absolutely perfect. It is very high-quality for what I paid. It is magnetic, and it goes up to 6 feet. It has no set up. Perfect functionality for what I want. Nice weight. It easily tilts in all directions.

Convenience is an understatement. This tripod is compact, light weight yet sturdy. Extremely functional! I especially appreciate how the iPhone magnetizes immediately. No more rigging stands and tables in order to get the right length.

Got it for Christmas haven’t used it much but I really like it hopefully this new year I can use it and start making memories again. I’m looking forward to a wonderful year and hopefully this tripod makes the best one. I’ll be ordering one more for backup.

I love this tripod. It is so handy. I can put it in my purse. And easily pull it out and place it anywhere. My phone snapped on it great. And I can turn my phone either way.

So easy to use! Would highly recommend for content creation. Love that it is magnetic!

Where do I begin? First off, I’m a RpH and manager of a few small pharmacy chains & a compounding pharmacy in my area. I’m also a product tester, reviewer & not an influencer, as I purchase products that I test & review myself. I’m an affiliate partner for small businesses & a couple more well known brands. I’d been relying heavily upon cheap, unreliable tripods for the majority of my reviews, as a result I’ve damaged two of my iPhones, with no help from AppleCare+
I was doomscrolling through Amazon during a sale (which I ended up missing due to Amazon) but that’s when I stumbled across a sleek, beautifully crafted product that I had a feeling would have a very positive impact upon my daily life and the quality and safety of my photography and video reviewing abilities. Sure, there were a lot of more fancy and unique, feature packed products in the same category, and I had actually added over a dozen other brands of tripods to my cart. Though it was not the most affordable option, I always had a good eye for the true quality of a product, as well as customer service.
I have taken a lot of gambles by purchasing products from either a small business, a reseller and yet (almost) every single item I own has either met my expectations or, particularly in this case, exceeded my already high standards and expectations!
The packaging is a very well constructed and sturdy box with a vibrant image of the exact product in the color of what’s actually in the box, unlike most brands that just slap an AI generated image of their products in a single color or style, with little to no effort put into the initial presentation of their products and in my opinion, makes the unboxing experience very unsatisfying.
It’s obviously apparent that KraftGeek is very proud of their product as well as confident in their ability to deliver exceptional products in the most convenient and stylish fashion.
Normally items come with an instruction manual that is not very easy to read, let alone understand due to the lack of proper grammar and syntax which can lead to accidental damage, which automatically voids most warranties (or what minuscule warranty/guarantee they may or may not either respect or honor) leading to a broken product that is no more than a paperweight.
Now to the product itself!

•the MagStand is a very simple to use, and so far it’s proven that it’s a durable tripod that is also more useful for a plethora of different video and photography uses.
•the legs are easy to open due to a single button on the base that makes the setup process pretty much nonexistent, even for those with little to no knowledge of technology or certain cognitive issues (I’m not an exception as I am a very, VERY spacey individual who has ADHD combined type disorder) so kudos to KraftGeek for making this one of the easiest and convenient tripods I have ever set up!
•I’m about 5’9” tall and when I was curious about the actual height of this model, I was utterly dumbfounded by how dang tall it is!! If this MagStand proves to be durable, I probably won’t ever need to worry about purchasing another unit again! However, since I have ADHD, as does my sister and a few others in the family who are my followers on my social media accounts, they all have requested that I get one for each of them. (Yes, they make me foot the bill for just about everything lol) and I also want the black color model. (I’d purchased the white variant because I thought it looked flashy and elegant) so I’m definitely coming for more!!
•I was equally amazed by the additional MagSafe ring that was hidden underneath the stand which is perfect for those who don’t have an iPhone or a MagSafe device which in today’s market, it’s very rare to receive anything other than the item itself (such as not having a charging brick in the box. Thank you Apple! 🤬)-pro tip, the MagSafe ring can be stuck to the opposite side of the MagSafe stand to be able to use the back cameras and move the device downward or tilt it to get a perfect viewing angle at around a 180-200° angle!
•The magnetic strength is so strong that I can lift the entire stand up by holding my iPhone. So there’s no reason to worry about the phone being dropped/damaged (unlike my iPhone 13 mini and iPhone 16, which has been damaged due to the previous two tripods being a cheaply built, and not very strong or even “acceptable product” that relies upon the holster that’s supposed to hold the phone like a hand, but the KraftGeek MagStand has removed any further potential mishaps from half baked equipment!
•lastly my most loved part of this gem is the detachable Bluetooth remote shutter remote that seamlessly connects to your device & though not too many features it’s still a very accurate & unique remote, sporting a metal, shiny carbon fiber design that is what drew me in. I know it’s dumb to say but hey, I can’t have asked for a more outstanding tripod/selfie stick!
