Shipping Fee
KraftGeek offers FREE shipping on orders over $29. Orders under $29 take an additional shipping fee. You can find the shipping fee and lead time from the "shipping method" when checking out.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 48 hours. Orders received during the weekends and holidays may take longer time to process.
Lead Time
KraftGeek has warehouses in the US and China. Most US and Canada orders are shipped from the US warehouse. Except for remote areas in the USA or lack of stock. Orders from other countries are shipped from China. Please check the shipping time from the list below.

For all orders, KraftGeek takes the VAT taxes. For most countries and areas, KraftGeek also takes the custom fee. So customers don't need to pay additional money. But some countries and areas may need extra customs fees which depends on the local laws. Please find the detailed list below.
