Missing a Fixation for the height. We will see If this solution IS good for the most Note books. Light is good solved. Fixation of note paper on the Side could be better If you have just one piece of paper.

A great music stand (with a couple of small problems)

I love my KraftGeek music stand. I showed it off at a band practice, and within a few days one of my bandmates got one, and he loves it too. It's so easy to set up and take down. Other portable music stands have several parts, and they fasten together with screws, and eventually a screw gets stripped and the whole thing goes in the landfill. The KG design is beautiful, and the stand feels really sturdy. I've only had it a few weeks, so I can't say for sure, but I expect to use it for a long long time.
I have two very small disappointments, both of which are partly my fault for not studying the ads more carefully. One, the optional device holder does hold a device, but it fastens below the tray for a music book. When I use a device holder, I want it up on top, in place of the book stand. Not a big problem, since I can just put my iPad on the book stand, but I wouldn't have spent the money on the device holder if I'd understood this. I do think the advertising could be clearer. Two, I assumed the stand would come with the nice carrying case I saw on the website, but the carrying case is another separate purchase, somewhere around $25. If I'd pored over the web pages more carefully I might have seen that. I'm just going to use the carrying case from one of my old junked music stands. All in all I love the KG and recommend it enthusiastically.

Great for a tablet

I was looking for a portable stand for gigs that was more stable and higher quality than your basic cheap foldable stand. This one fits the bill. It does the job and looks really cool while doing it. It's perfect for my tablet but I'm not sure how well it would work for large format scores.

Fantastic stand

This is a great stand and I have had a number of different stands over the years.This stand is without doubt the most user friendly stand that I have ever had and it is lightweight ,quick to set up and pack up.I have only had it for about two weeks but it has been problem free so far. I have recommended it to other Musicians and all that have seen the stand appear to like it.

As others commented, the stand is a bit wobbly.
Also, it would be great if it adjusted to a taller height.
Otherwise, it holds music including books, super easy to open up, folds down very nicely & has a nice carry case.

Solid and unobtrusive

Don’t have a dedicated music room, so I cannot this up and put it away in seconds. Also take it with me for lessons. So light but sturdy, and the light is a necessity for my old eyes. Love this stand. Highly recommended.
