1-Year Manufacturer Limited Warranty

At KraftGeek, we take pride in the quality and durability of our products. To ensure you have the best experience possible, we offer a 1-Year Manufacturer Limited Warranty on most KraftGeek products. This warranty reflects our commitment to your satisfaction and confidence in our craftsmanship.

Please note that not all items are covered under the 1-year warranty. While the majority of our products are protected against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Certain consumable or wear-and-tear parts may not be included in this coverage like the Magnetic Ring Sticker. You can check the warranty period from the user manual.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team to open a warranty claim. We’re here to help, and if your claim falls within the warranty terms, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Registration for Extended Six-Month Warranty

By registering your purchase within 30 days, you can receive an extra 6‑month warranty—for a total of 18 months coverage on eligible products.

How it Works

To make a warranty claim, simply reach out to our customer support team. Be sure to provide your proof of purchase along with a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing. Our dedicated team will assist you in the process within 3 business days and will offer one of the following solutions:

  • If we determine that your item should be replaced, we will provide you with a replacement of the original item. 
  • If the item is no longer available, KraftGeek may, in its discretion allow a refund equal to the selling price of the original item.
  • If we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, then we will notify you.

Conditions and Exclusions

  • Only valid for the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
  • Warranty remains valid after replacement—based on original purchase date.
  • Non‑warranty circumstances (such as misuse, accidental damage) will be clearly communicated and not eligible.
