JustTap™ Ombré Peach Phone Tripod

We ordered this for our daughter to record herself dying cheer. This is perfect for that because it extends over 66“ tall, has a wide base and can be shortened and carried around, plus it is super adjustable.

Everything feels really well made. Extender is firm, magnet on remote is strong and is very stable. It fits my iPhone pro max with room to spare for a bigger phone.

I am only giving this a 4 star because in comparison to the newer magnet phone holder stands this feels a tad outdated.

I never thought I would want a tripod to hold my phone. I am not a social influencer. But after trying out this little guy, I have changed my mine. The tripod folds up into a very small size and easy to carry or transport. When ready to use, simply tap the button on the top and everything unfolds. You pull the extensible stick out to the height you want and place your phone in the spring tensioned grip. You can place your phone in portrait or landscape mode.
The tripod comes with a Bluetooth activator (for lack of a better term). You hold the button down for 3 seconds on the click to take a picture device and then pair with your phone.
When you put your phone into video mode, clicking the activator will start or stop the recording. In photo mode you can take pic after pic.
For someone thinking they would never want one, I have found a number of uses for a tripod. When trying to take picture of you and your family or friends, with no one else around, this tripod with Bluetooth activator does it for you. If you want to video yourself flying an airplane or make a repair video, this baby is your go to device.
Ok, so I know I'm sounding like an old guy when describing this tripod, but it really is helpful in many situations.
The activator is magnetically held in place on the tripod when not in use. Very well thought out design. Very happy with this purchase.

Feels like made of good quality plastic and aluminum. Sits strong on the ground with the help of rubber tips under its pods and with its wide span. It is a bit wobbly when pulled to its max, so videos on a windy day may still be shaky.

Closing to a single piece of rod is very pleasing and holding feels similar to a police baton. Being as tall as 1.5 bananas, it is difficult to keep in a pocket, but could easily fit in a backpack or a large purse. It has not happened yet, but I am also a bit concerned that it could open inside a purse because of how easy it is to just tap and open. It is also scary to open and close, and a few pinching accidents seem inevitable until learning how to handle it properly.

It is also relatively heavy at roughly 0.9 lbs, it could be tiring to hold it for video recording, so I don't think it is very suitable as a selfie stick, except for quick photos.

The bluetooth shutter is magnetically attached and easily detached by pulling it from the top or bottom. It can also be charged in a pinch through your iphone using a usb-c cable.

I wish it had a magnetic snap on feature instead of physically squeezing the phone, but definitely not a deal breaker.

With all that, this is the tool to become the photographer for social gatherings and group photos, especially if you are concerned about the quality of photos coming out of peoples hands when you request a random helper for shots. Very easy to adjust it for the frame you want to capture, and you can just click it while being in the frame.

KraftGeek really knows what they are doing when it comes to their tripods. First, the peach ombre color is divine. Rose gold-ish finish on the metal. Exquisite for the sunset peach lovers. Functionally, has the button at the bottom that allows the legs of the tripod to pop open automatically. Remote is solid. Can hold an iphone pro max with ease. Best of all: twist off the top to reveal a cold shoe to attach your light source for easier content creation! Definitely worth it. VERY well made with the content creator in mind!

This is going to make doing these reviews a breeze!! This tripod is compact, light weight and portable. The stand rises 53" inches tall to the base of the phone holder (I don't count the height of the phone with the height of this product). The stand is totally adjustable. The neck of this tripod swivels left, right, up & down and keeps your phone steady. The head of this has a stretchy pull up adjustment bar to fit and hold tight to many sizes of phones (nothing bigger than a phone or GoPro though). There is no carrying case but fits nicely into any purse, bag or travel pack. One swift tap to the bottom will open the tripod feet. At the base, on one of the feet is a mini remote with a magnet holding it in place. The stand comes with an info sheet & a black charging cord to charge the remote clicker. The remote works with bluetooth to pair with your phone. This thing is AWESOME!!!

The KraftGeek JustTap phone tripod is excellent! It’s super light and sleek, and easy to use! I’ve tried using it with slightly stronger winds and it managed to hold up steadily. The JustTap is a game changer. Just tap and the legs open up! So easy to use! So far, I’m loving using it and it’s my go-to travel tripod. No more taking minutes to open and steady a tripod, just pull and tap and slot your phone onto the tripod and you’re ready to shoot! Yay!

I wish it had a quarter inch screw somewhere though! But it’s on a different tripod.

I love the color. Its sturdy and easy to prepare and onnect to bluetooth. So helpful when taking a photo specially when you are alone.
